How to manage the existing MacKeeper Account? How to manage MacKeeper licenses?
After you create a MacKeeper Account, the Mac Products page will open.

To access your account in the MacKeeper application, click Email, and then choose Manage Account in the upper-right corner of the System Status page.

The account page has five tabs from which you can access the Mac Products, Windows Products, My Products, Anti-Theft, and Geek on Demand pages. By default, the account opens with the Mac Products page, which contains short information about all Kromtech products that you use.

To view or edit your profile, click on your Email, and then choose My Account.

This section contains information about your name and email address. Provide your contact information, change email or password if needed, specify your location, leave your contacts, set up your signature, and choose products for which you want to receive newsletters. When you are ready, click Save Changes.

On the Anti-Theft and Geek on Demand pages you can manage the Anti-Theft and Geek on Demand services of MacKeeper. For details about these services, refer to the corresponding sections: Protecting Your Mac with Anti-Theft and Geek on Demand.

Managing MacKeeper Licenses

How to manage MacKeeper licenses by using your MacKeeper Account?
To open the Licenses page, please choose a product, and then click Manage Licenses.

The Licenses page contains history of all computers that you have ever used to log in to your MacKeeper Account. The following information is available: computer names, license types that are used on these computers, and validity period of license. You can reassign your license to another computer. Please click Reassign and choose a computer from the list, then choose Reassign or drag a license by using your mouse.

If there's a computer with no assigned license in the list, you can do one of the following:

  • Buy License For Your Mac: Purchase a license for the selected computer.

  • Remove: Remove the selected computer from the list.

Enter Activation Code. If you received an activation code after MacKeeper purchase, you should enter it at the Enter Activation Code page, and then click Activate to activate MacKeeper. To open the Enter Activation Code page, click on your Email, and then choose Enter Activation Code.

Buy New License. Click Buy New License to go to the Buy Now page, select the number of licenses (from 1 to 10), and then click Instant Activation to be redirected to the checkout page.
